September 1 marks the annual vintage release of our highly anticipated 864 Collection – five meticulously crafted single-block wines from the standout 2024 and 2024 Yarra Valley vintages. This year’s line-up features the 2024 864 Funder & Diamond Drive Block Chardonnay, 2024 864 Henk Aqueduct Block Chardonnay, 2025 864 Henk Aqueduct Block Pinot Noir, 2024 864 Close-Planted Block Syrah and 2024 864 Winery Block Cabernet Sauvignon. Drawn from select single-site vineyards and produced only in the finest vintages, 864 captures the ultimate expression of Oakridge winemaking.

864 Funder & Diamond Drive Block Chardonnay 2024
The 2024 vintage marks the 13th release of this acclaimed single-block Chardonnay from the Funder & Diamond Vineyard, Drive Block – first produced in 2011.
Close-planted in Wandin East’s red volcanic soils in 1990, this low-yielding P58 clone block delivers exceptional fruit. The 2024 vintage shows remarkable finesse, with ripe citrus, white peach, and green melon framed by cashew and prosciutto umami. The texture is truly beguiling, striking a perfect balance between grapefruit pith and fleshy gloss for an effortless flow. It is a finely woven tapestry of texture and flavour that lingers – marking this as one of the finest Funder & Diamond releases yet.

864 Henk Aqueduct Block Chardonnay 2024
The exceptional fruit quality of the 2024 vintage saw two chardonnay blocks once again elevated to 864 status. From the Henk Vineyard, Aqueduct Block. Planted in the red volcanic soils of Woori Yallock in 2008 using the Dijon clone 95, this is the highest and coolest vineyard that Oakridge takes Chardonnay from.
The result is Chardonnay that delivers a driving line of acidity cuts through mouth-filling lemon, lime, and charred caramel, creating a focused wine with remarkable depth and polish. A true expression of modern Australian Chardonnay.

864 Henk Aqueduct Block Pinot Noir 2025
From the Henk Vineyard, Aqueduct block. North facing at 260 metres above sea level. Planted in the red volcanic soils of Woori Yallock in 2008 using the MV6 clone. The 2025 vintage in the Yarra Valley was a classic, compressed growing season marked by early budburst, warm and dry conditions, summer gave way to a dry, temperate autumn that produced beautifully balanced crops.
Concentrated plum, dark cherry, and subtle graphite define this powerful Pinot Noir, balanced seamlessly with fine tannins and classic Upper Yarra character.
864 Oakridge Close Planted Block Syrah 2024
From the Oakridge Vineyard, Close Planted Block. East-facing at 120 meters above sea level. Planted at 5,200 plants per hectare in the grey alluvial loams of Coldstream using the R6VW28 clone. The 2024 season vintage delivered exceptional, highly concentrated wines following a dramatic growing season of heavy early rains and a record-dry finish.
A warm, inviting wine boasting blackberry, dark plum, and mocha notes, seamlessly balanced by baking spices and sinewy, matte-textured tannins.

864 Oakridge Winery Block Cabernet Sauvignon 2024
Sourced from the Oakridge Vineyard’s Winery Block, planted in 1996 to a mixed clonal selection in the grey alluvial loams of Coldstream. Originally established with cuttings from the first Oakridge vineyard of the 1970s, this block continues to produce fruit of outstanding quality.
A classic Yarra Cabernet offering dark berries, rosemary, and thyme, paired with a long, focused finish of cassis, tobacco, and seamless tannins.
