Named in honour of Oakridge founder Horst "Jimmy" Zitlaff, this riesling was sourced from the original Oakridge vineyard (now Five Oaks), planted in 1978 in the red volcanic soils of Seville.

A pale lemon gold riesling that opens with delicate lychee, tangerine and fresh lemon sherbet. Bright and energetic palate, with subtle orange blossom and feijoa fruit.
Winemaking Notes
Growing Conditions: A cool, long season with ideal flowering conditions and has resulted in excellent crops delivered to the winery in near perfect conditions, Resulting wines and strong varietal characters with excellent depth of flavours.

Made in honour of Horst 'Jim' Zitzlaff who planted and started Oakridge. A pale, lemon gold, this simply beautiful riesling opens with delicate lychee, tangerine and a little fresh, lemon sherbet. Even better on the palate. Bright and energetic, there's subtle orange blossom and feijoa fruit. I love the finely judged tension between the wine's gentle 18g/L of sugar and the fine vein of acidity that courses seamlessly through the wine.
