Aroma’s of brioche, and freshly baked sourdough mixed with white nectarine and lime preserve. Light toasty element s and slight burrata notes add complexity and depth to the detail.
Chardonnay made using traditional methods – fermented in this bottle and aged on yeast lees for 50 months prior to disgorging in January 2018 with minimal dosage.
A wonderful growing season with abundant spring rainfall, low crops and warm ripening conditions has resulted in wines that are deeply flavoured and intensely varietal.
