This is about complexity not simple fruit – petrichor, mineral and flint, pea shoots, witlof and bitter greens, stone fruit. Hints of struck match. Not your regulation savvy blanc.

A traditional winemaking approach was used to produce this wine – handpicking and whole bunch pressing directly to 500 litre French oak puncheons for a natural fermentation and a 10 month maturation on lees.
