Join us in the Oakridge restaurant and cellar door for a night of indulgence, when we kick off the 2018 Truffle Season with our intimate Truffle Dinner on the evening of Friday 20 July, 2018.
Guests will enjoy a five course degustation, paired with award-winning Oakridge wines, while learning all about these famous fungi in an interactive evening held in conjunction with Yarra Valley Truffles.
With a taste and aroma likened gourmet mushrooms, Black Truffles are grown and harvested in the hills of Victoria’s Yarra Valley and have a pungent, intense and unique flavour which brings an exquisite taste to the dish it inhibits.
Oakridge Wines co-executive chefs, Matt Stone and Jo Barrett, whom are known for their philosophies around using only hyperlocal and seasonal products in their kitchen, have carefully curated a menu surrounding the inimitable flavours of the Yarra Valley truffle, to provide a memorable winter dining experience.
