Chefs Matt Stone and Jo Barrett will bring the flavours of Flinders Island to Oakridge for one night only, in a not-to-be-missed culinary celebration of produce and place.
Renowned for encapsulating the taste of the Yarra Valley in their dishes at Oakridge, Matt & Jo will apply that same creativity to the evening’s menu, transporting mainlanders to Flinders Island for the evening.
Having made many trips to its wild and bountiful shores over the years, Flinders Island holds a special place in Matt & Jo’s hearts. They are delighted to finally bring the island’s gastronomic treasures back home to the Yarra Valley, with a menu that will showcase signature Flinders Island produce including wallaby, lamb, green lip abalone and crayfish.
The special one-off menu can be enjoyed with drinks of your choice or matched with a curated selection of award-winning wines.
