Chef Ritchie Boucher continually sources a wide range of Yarra Valley seasonal produce to construct a menu that supports the wonderful flavours of our current range of wines. Ritchie and the Oakridge team combine their skills when tasting the dishes, matching each dish to a wine from our Cellar Door.
