Chef Ritchie Boucher continually sources a wide range of Yarra Valley seasonal produce to construct a menu that supports the wonderful flavours of our current range of wines. Ritchie and the Oakridge team combine their skills when tasting the dishes, matching each dish to a wine from our Cellar Door.

Glenburn free range scotch egg, mushroom duxelle, Koo Wee Rup grilled asparagus, sherry aioli

Local rabbit rillette, sour cherries, candied King Valley walnuts

Char-grilled locally farmed golden trout, almond skordalia, soft herbs and chardonnay citrus glaze

Murray Valley pork fillet, smoked eggplant puree, sweet pea croquettes, verjuice and apple reduction

Twice cooked duck leg, white beans, cacciatore sausage, peperonata, red currants

Gippsland spring lamb rack, medjool dates, quinoa, preserved lemon, Hoddles Creek hazelnuts, harissa yoghurt
