Is there minimum purchase to qualify for privileges?
No.
How many times a year will I receive offers?
We recognise members are busy and do not want to be inundated by constant emails. We will contact you by email once every 3 months.
Will you protect my information?
Yes. We will not sell or otherwise disclose your information. Oakridge collects information only for our own records to provide better service to our valued customers.
Do I need to provide credit card details?
This is optional.
What does first priority or allocation mean?
For our 864 range of wines there is greater demand than we can supply. To maintain highest quality, our production is limited. We will ensure our members have first priority on 864 wines. We will do that by telling you how many cases we have for our members and then open the allocation to members for two weeks. At the end of the two weeks we will allocate the wines If demand exceeds supply we will conduct this on a pro rata basis. We will be totally transparent in the way we operate.
Can I enjoy the same privileges if I buy at cellar door?
Yes for 864 wines. Our other wines will be available through our cellar door and monthly newsletter with an additional 10% discount for 864 Wine Club Members, on all wines (promotional offers excluded). In addition, members receive a 10% discount on pre-bookings at Oakridge Restaurant.
Does the 10% discount extend to restaurant and special events at cellar door?
Yes it does. 864 Wine Club members have access to a range of discounts and specials throughout the year.
Can I ask questions?
Yes. From our vines to our wines - Oakridge welcomes any queries you may have. Please submit your question on the Contact Us page and one of our staff will respond promptly.
How do I identify myself as a 864 Wine Club member?
We will provide you with a password and you will be asked to verify who you are so that only our members participate. Membership is not transferrable.
